In this course, we examine the complete journey of founding and sustaining a theatre company step by step. You will learn how to shape a commercial and corporate identity, position the brand, build the right team, divide responsibilities, secure capital, choose a production, manage copyright, plan budgets and schedules, promote performances, manage ticket sales and venue agreements, develop partnerships and sponsorships, access grants and crowdfunding, and organise tours that bring productions to new cities and audiences.
