Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) to inform you prior to your purchase of digital educational content/services via the ArtEnpreneur website. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted the matters contained in this form; this form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract to be established between us.

2. Basic Characteristics of the Product / Service

• The product subject to sale is digital educational content offered through the ArtEnpreneur platform (online course, video lesson, audio recording, e-book, document, template, and similar digital materials).
• The product is not a physical item and is made accessible electronically either instantly or within the period specified by the system; there is no shipping or physical delivery involved.
• Basic features of the product (content, scope, duration, access conditions, etc.) are explicitly stated on the relevant product page prior to purchase.

3. Price and Payment Information

• The total sales price of the product, including all taxes (VAT included), is clearly displayed on the order/payment screen and in the order confirmation in the selected currency.
• There are no additional shipping, delivery, or transportation costs as the product is entirely digital.
• Payment is collected at the time of the order via the selected payment method (credit/debit card, etc.) as a single upfront payment or in installments, if available.

4. Method and Duration of Performance (Delivery)

• Following the confirmation of payment, the product is made accessible to the BUYER through the account/platform access created by the BUYER simultaneously with the completion of the order, or within 24 hours at the latest.
• Access information is additionally sent to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER during the order process.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Exception

• In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for contracts regarding intangible (digital) goods that are performed instantly in an electronic environment and whose performance has commenced with the consumer's consent, the statutory right of withdrawal cannot as a rule be exercised once performance has begun.
• Nevertheless, going beyond legal requirements, ArtEnpreneur offers an unconditional 7 (seven) day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. A refund may be requested within this period without specifying any reason.
• Refund requests can be submitted by sending an e-mail to art@artenpreneur.com or in writing via the WhatsApp line at +90 537 777 8281. For approved refunds, the amount is refunded to the payment method used as soon as possible, and access to the relevant digital content is terminated.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In disputes that may arise between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the residence of the SELLER or where the transaction was conducted are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Commerce; Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding these limits.

7. Approval

The BUYER accepts that prior to placing an order, they have read, understood, and electronically approved this Preliminary Information Form; and that with this approval, the information contained in the form has been duly delivered to them via distance communication tools (in-site/e-mail).
