Parties and Description of Services
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Lena Mama Yayıncılık Ticaret A.Ş (the "Company", "we") and users ("you") of the ArtEnpreneur platform ("Platform"). The Platform provides online training, certification and related digital services.

Registration and Account
You must register to use the Platform in full. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when registering is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for securing your account, protecting your password and for activities carried out through your account.
Purchasing Training and Payment
- Payment terms and cancellation policy for course purchases are set out on the relevant course page and payment screen.
- Payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure; card details are not stored on our platform.
- For training that qualifies as a digital product, your right of withdrawal under consumer law may be limited once the service has started.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (videos, text, images, design, logo, etc.) belongs to the Company or its licensors. Unauthorised copying, distribution, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. You have access to training content only for the period during which you have purchased or registered for it.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Downloading, saving or sharing content without permission
- Sharing or selling your account
- Using software or automation that could harm the platform
- Spreading information that harms or misleads third parties
- Interfering with the platform infrastructure or security
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". The Company cannot be held liable for damage arising from outages, technical failures or third-party issues. We do not guarantee that the training content will lead to your personal or professional success.
Changes
The Company may change these Terms of Use with prior notice. Changes take effect on the date of publication. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to these terms. Istanbul (Çekmeköy) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
